    专题：中国发展高层论坛2026年年会　　中国发展高层论坛2026年年会于3月22日-3月23日举行。新加坡国立大学东亚研究所教授郝福满出席并演讲。　　郝福满首先指出，人民币国际化的进度会超越预期。中国服务业占GDP的比重正在上升，随着中国的发展，服务业占GDP的比重会一直上升，未来这个趋势还会继续深化。经济的未来是在服务业，而不是在制造业，中国已经是制造业大国了，下一步就是发展服务业。　　其次，他提到，随着经济体越来越富有，服务的成本也会越来越高，比如说像美国医疗服务的成本让很多的人难以企及，很多人因病返贫。但是，有些服务业的价值还是非常重要的，例如政府的服务。“但是总体来说，经济体越富，服务业占GDP的比重就越高。虽然现在中国的制造业占GDP仍然是比较大的比例，但是中国的服务业占GDP的比例也在上升。”　　中国在过去的50年之中，制造业劳动力占总就业人数的比例基本上是不变的，这是因为中国在自动化、数字化方面取得了巨大的进展。郝福满认为，中国未来会有很多的“黑灯工厂”。　　在他看来，中国需要以发展制造业的方式来发展服务业，也就是要服务业改革开放，需要和外资企业合作进行知识的输入，来提升国内服务业的竞争力。“过去中国通过中外合资的方式发展起来了制造业，而中国也可以用这种方式提升服务业的发展水平。”　　如何进行改革？郝福满表示，可以分服务进行，从会计服务到影视业，再到金融服务业，可以看每一个服务业的子行业中有哪些限制因素，尽量化解这些限制因素。“我们看到中国的负面清单每年都在缩小，这是一个非常好的迹象，我们也期待中国按照这个方向，在未来能够逐步且持续地提升服务业的开放。”　　新浪声明：所有会议实录均为现场速记整理，未经演讲者审阅，新浪网登载此文出于传递更多信息之目的，并不意味着赞同其观点或证实其描述。责任编辑：李昂
